The working principle of gas lift reverse circulation is similar to the working principle of air compressor pumping, that is, compressed air is passed through a double-walled gas faucet or gas box, between the double-wall active drill pipe, the inner pipe and the outer pipe of the double-wall drill pipe The annular gap is sprayed into the inner tube from the mixer to form countless small bubbles. The bubbles rise rapidly along the inner tube while expanding at the same time, thereby generating a gas lift effect. Because compressed air continuously enters the well fluid, a low specific gravity gas-water mixture is formed in the upper part of the mixer, and the liquid in the well has a large specific gravity. According to the principle of the connector, the gas-water mixture in the inner pipe flows upward under the effect of the pressure difference. The bottom core or cuttings are continuously taken out of the surface and discharged into the sedimentation tank. The settled mud flows back into the hole and enters the space of the drill pipe to replenish the circulating fluid through the bottom of the hole, thus continuously circulating to form a continuous drilling process.
